This is an attempt at Philippines National Flower the Sampaguita.
I believe in the power of computationally modeling important things. In this case, I did not use any guesstimation of locations, rotations, scales or the sort. Rather all of these values were computed and then input by right clicking on the corresponding button in 3d studio max.
9 Teapots, 3 Ringwaves, and a black background contributed to the development of this picture.
Below is the basis picture I used as my model, as well as a rough first version of the sampaguita. The first version still has teapot spouts. I believe the spouts add texture to the picture, but I wanted to color them a leafy green. I couldn't find out how, and settled for a trio of ringwaves providing a background.
